i know you know but

I had one of those random crashofspeedinglorry epiphanic moments the other day. I realise how hopelessly banal this will sound, but it occurred to me that we, as people, experience Life in the same way. Though the paths we take may vastly differ, the raw feelings and anxieties we go through do not. Oftentimes, we forget to consider the internal struggles another might be going through - out of sight, out of mind. And it is not as simple as noticing the big changes in some person's life and wondering how one would react to it; rather, it is remembering the fact that the minute, everyday details, the intertwining of glances and nuances into emotion that makes the next person neither more nor less of a human than you are.
